Privacy Policy for KeystoneWorks Sourcing

This policy explains how KeystoneWorks Sourcing handles the company and project details you place in a steel-building procurement brief. The desk is an independent sourcing partner. It uses the form to read a requirement and to ask factories for quotations on that requirement. It does not sell a building from stock, and it does not claim authorized dealer status.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, a work email, a company name, and the procurement requirement. Phone is optional. The requirement box is where you describe use, footprint, eave height, bay spacing, clear span, enclosure, project location, code jurisdiction, design loads, quantity, destination, timing, and the scope boundary. If JavaScript is available, optional fields for product interest, a target budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and a high-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided preference are merged into that requirement at submit. They are not stored as separate backend fields, and they are not written back into the textarea.

Without JavaScript, those optional notes are not merged. The page asks you to type them in the requirement box if you want them reviewed. The form has no upload control. Do not paste payment card numbers. A budget amount is a planning note, not a payment.

How the details are used

The desk uses the brief to decide whether the geometry and the destination are complete enough to request quotations, and to compare replies that share that basis. Staff may email the address you gave to ask for a missing load or a missing scope line. Details may be shared with a factory only to the extent needed to price the written system. They are not used to build a public customer story, because this site does not publish customer names.

Server logs may record the page address, a time, and a browser string as part of ordinary hosting. The sourcing benefit notice uses local storage for the time it was shown and session storage if you close the ticker or popup. That storage is about the notice window. It is not your building specification. The notice window is capped at 604800000 milliseconds from the recorded start, which is seven days. Closing the ticker does not reset that start time.

What this policy does not cover

A factory that later sends a quotation has its own handling of drawings and commercial terms. A licensed engineer you hire has a separate relationship with you. This page does not govern those parties. If you send a second message, include the same project facts so the two notes can be tied together. To ask about a brief already sent, use the contact form again. The desk does not publish a postal address for privacy requests because no public office address is configured.

The pages may change this policy by posting a newer version here. A brief sent after that posting is handled under the newer version. A brief already sent stays tied to the facts you wrote at the time. KeystoneWorks Sourcing does not use the form to claim compliance of a frame with IBC, IRC, or any other code. Those questions stay with the project jurisdiction and the documents a named supplier attaches to the quoted system.
